The client

Our client is a well-established M&E multi-disciplinary design consultancy with a global footprint and offices across the UK. This is a standout opportunity to become a key member of a dynamic and expanding engineering team.

The role

Following a string of major project wins and with a strong order book secured through to 2026—including a portfolio of high-value, innovative overseas schemes—they are now looking to strengthen their Birmingham-based MEP team with the addition of Senior Mechanical Design Engineers. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career and play a central role in delivering high-impact projects across multiple sectors.

The requirements

You will ideally have experience in a similar consultancy environment and a track record of working on projects in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Defence, Multi-residential, Data Centres, or Pharmaceuticals. You should have a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), be Chartered or working towards Chartership, and be confident leading projects and engaging directly with clients. We're looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to develop their skills, take ownership, and contribute from day one—this is not a role where you’ll be pigeonholed.
